What You’ll Do:
– Respond quickly and efficiently to inbound leads.
– Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
– Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking and social media.
– Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings.
– Identify client needs to then prepare and deliver presentations on appropriate services.
– Collaborate with the various internal teams involved with the sales process.
– In-depth contract negotiation.
– Remote team collaboration.
– Quickly develop an autonomous working capability.
– Report weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results to management.
Here’s what we are looking for:
– Experience with software development outsourcing is highly preferred.
– Minimum of 5 years of proven business-to-business sales experience targeting US clientele.
– Exceptional in-person presentation, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
– Ability to handle a high volume, fast-paced sales environment.
– Proven results of closing deals and developing long-term relationships with clients.
– Experience hunting new clients, cold-calling, and closing deals.
– Excellent English communication skills.
– Must reside in the US
